About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter at MatchBox, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our clients' growth objectives.

While experience in recruiting within the engineering and/or construction sectors is preferred, it's not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships with candidates and employers
  • 1+ years' experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in engineering and/or construction sectors
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Experience handling a large volume of candidates in various stages of the recruitment process
