We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Drake International. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for various positions across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and select candidates for various positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and screen potential applicants
- Conduct interviews and assessments
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Proven track record of success in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and results-driven
