Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and the ability to source great people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates for mid to senior-level positions across various industries.
  • Providing consultative services to clients and candidates, ensuring the best fit for both parties.
  • Managing the recruitment cycle from initial engagement to placement, including negotiations and contract agreements.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Contributing to business development through networking, client engagement, and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the B2B professional or executive search space.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ability to source great people.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
