About On Side Restoration

We are a rapidly expanding company in the restoration industry, and we are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top talent to support our operations and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent On Side Restoration to job seekers, hiring managers, and the general public.
  • Work with internal recruiting systems and procedures to manage the entire recruiting cycle.
  • Write recruitment-related documentation.
  • Manage social media.
  • Build rapport and maintain excellent working relationships with the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and Corporate Stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (50+ positions).
  • Excitement about working in a brand-new position at a rapidly expanding company.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly (incl. Microsoft Teams, SmartSheets, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Avanti Applicant Tracking System).
  • Experience with Indeed.
  • A background in training.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work in various time zones across Canada.

What We Offer
