Parts Counter Clerk

We are seeking a skilled Parts Counter Clerk to join our team at Freightliner North Bay. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and service requests, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales and Service: Process sales and service requests, including taking orders, processing payments, and coordinating with the service department to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and issuing parts and supplies.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a sales or service environment, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory control software and MS Office.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our sales and service department.
