Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

JOHNNY ROCCO'S ITALIAN GRILL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, develop and implement cost-saving strategies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional dining experience, responding promptly to complaints and concerns, and providing personalized service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, including social media marketing, email marketing, and local advertising.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in budgeting, staff management, and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team, manage budgets and finances, and analyze data to drive business decisions.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation. Must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
