CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a skilled Security Officer - Loss Prevention to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing regulations to maintain order and resolving conflicts. You will also be responsible for monitoring establishment activities and operating security control room equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Produce reports
- Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts
- Operate security control room equipment
- Security Guard License
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
- Closed-circuit television (CCTV)
- Audio-video surveillance
- Fire safety inspection
- Interviews/statement taking
- Preparation of information (evidence) reports
- Security systems/alarms consulting (residential)
- Criminal record check
The work environment will be in an apartment/condominium complex. You will be required to work under pressure and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
