Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Insolvency Analyst to join our Personal Debt Solutions team in Moncton. As a Junior Insolvency Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and preparing financial documents, letters, and correspondence, including processing mailouts and entering documents into internal systems.
  • Preparing statutory correspondence as part of bankruptcy and proposal filings, and monitoring creditor claims.
  • Analyzing financial reports and providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Assisting the Personal Debt Solutions department with various tasks, including working with the local team and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in insolvency or personal debt solutions is an asset.
