Your Opportunity

Our Moncton office is seeking a Junior Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting documents, letters, and correspondence, including processing mailouts
  • Entering documents into internal systems, creating formal documents in the insolvency database, and preparing statutory correspondence for bankruptcy and proposal filings
  • Report analysis, creditor claims monitoring, and follow-up
  • Assisting the Personal Debt Solutions department with various duties, including working with the local team and others within the organization

Your Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to liaise well with staff and outside parties
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Post-secondary education or previous Insolvency/Personal Debt Solutions experience, an asset but not required
  • Ability to stay organized in a busy work environment, support high-level management demands, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
