About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and will possess excellent culinary skills, including preparation and cooking of meals, as well as training and supervision of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize kitchen operations and ensure profitability.
  • Prepare and cook meals on a regular basis, including specialty dishes and meals for customers with dietary requirements.
  • Train and supervise a team of up to 2 junior chefs to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including preparation and cooking of meals.
  • Ability to train and supervise junior staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
