Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and guests are aware of hotel facilities and services.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as necessary, maintaining accurate records and communicating with guests and colleagues as required.
- Guest Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
- Departure Process: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and guests.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and colleagues, as well as contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
