Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
The Front Desk Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing front desk operations: Coordinating the registration of arriving guests, assigning rooms, and processing group arrivals and departures.
  • Room reservations: Taking, canceling, and changing room reservations to ensure maximum occupancy and guest satisfaction.
  • Guest services: Providing information on hotel facilities and services, processing guests' departures, calculating charges, and receiving payments.
  • Inventory management: Maintaining an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure accurate and efficient room allocation.
  • Communication: Answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and contacting customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a front desk role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions
The Front Desk Operations Manager will be required to work on-site at the physical location, with no option to work remotely.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is between $35,000 and $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
