About the Role:

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee at EMCO Corporation, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to equip you with a deep understanding of our business operations. Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics

  • Discover the core of our operations, learning about the products we sell, their journey from vendor to customer, and the various levels of sales support.

Phase 2: Operations

  • Get involved in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, and financial statements.

Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management
