About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Management Trainee to join our team at CB Canada. As a Management Trainee, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development, while developing your skills and expertise in sales, operations, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and maintain a large inventory of vehicles, ensuring optimal fleet productivity and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Fortune 500 companies
  • Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma in Business or Marketing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on attention to detail and time management
  • A valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles
