Overview

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Management Training Program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive training journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Our program is designed to provide you with a clear career path, with opportunities for growth and development. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, receive hands-on training, and participate in a structured program that will help you master the skills required to excel in sales, customer service, finance, and operations.

As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while also being the behind-the-scenes operational expert. You'll learn how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you'll be taught the importance of always putting our customers first.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including finance, inventory, and personnel management
  • Participating in a structured training program to develop your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • At least six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
  • Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
