About the Role

As a skilled Drillers/Drillers Assistant, you will be working in Calgary, AB on a 6-month contract with one of our major clients. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery for customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery for customers">
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and implement standard work">
  • Manage risk during service delivery and ensure compliance with industry standards">
  • Participate in job risk analysis and contribute to continual improvement initiatives">
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards by implementing the Competency Assurance Tool (CAT), conducting self-assessments, and performing wellsite inspections">
  • Attend Service Quality Meetings with customers to assess performance and implement action plans for enhancement">
  • Engage in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality initiatives to foster a safe working environment">
  • Maintain up-to-date safety training requirements">

About You

">

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of a 2-year college diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Schlumberger drilling and measurements tools and acquisition software is a plus. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with industry-related software, are also essential.

What We Offer

">

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on a rotation schedule of approximately 21 days on, 7 days off.

Candidates must have the legal right to work and reside in Canada without sponsorship. It is also required that candidates have their own truck for transportation.
