EXFO is seeking a highly skilled Offer Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply EXFO's offer and/or contract approval policy to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Provide approvers with detailed financial assessments and risk analysis to inform their decisions.
  • Coordinate the handover of offers and contracts to our post-sales organization.
  • Interact with various departments to understand their concerns and summarize key points.
  • Perform additional tasks to meet customer requirements related to pre-sales.
  • Maintain and develop departmental and company procedures.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service quality.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience of about 2 years in a similar or same international function.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of International Trade rules (Incoterms, means of international payments, etc.).
  • Good understanding of financial representation of an offer P&L and its key highlights.
  • Ability to present offers or contracts to directors, VP, and/or CEO with a clear summary.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and its analytics tools (pivot table, formulas).
  • Capable of working with a team and autonomously.
  • Understanding of the worldwide market (including EC and non-EC countries).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Process-driven.
  • Commitment to quality.
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and working to tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Sharepoint, and other collaborative tools (asset).
  • Telecommunications Technical background (asset).
Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent. Any combination of relevant studies/experiences will be considered.
