Job Summary

FRUITS DE MER MADELEINE INC. is seeking a highly detail-oriented Fish Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our seafood products by examining ingredients and finished products, conducting routine tests, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take samples of products at various stages of processing and examine them to ensure conformance to company standards.
  • Conduct routine tests for product specifications and ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following our hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a related field, such as quality control or food processing, is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a cold and wet environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.
