Food Service Supervisor

At Tim Hortons 3119, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to minimize waste
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Dental and health care plans
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
