About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lead AI Model Developer with expertise in NLP and generative technologies to join our team. In this role, you will work on developing cutting-edge generative models and AI-driven applications, focusing on designing and optimizing architectures for tasks such as natural language processing (NLP) and process generation.

  • Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, transformers) for various applications.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to build scalable AI systems and solutions.
  • Optimize machine learning models for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into production systems.

This position requires proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML model development, with a focus on generative models, strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX), and experience with LLM, Gen AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Llama, Perplexity.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and common machine learning libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, optimization techniques, and model evaluation.
