Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  5. Oversee the design and deployment of machine learning models.
  6. Establish rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of AI/ML models.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience with 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
  • Experience with a leadership role within AI/ML, particularly in the gaming industry.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position is estimated to be between $133,400 and $193,200 per year, depending on location. Electronic Arts offers a comprehensive benefits package, including vacation time, sick leave, paid parental leave, extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, and bonus and equity opportunities.
