About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team at 2189154 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure smooth operation of our heavy equipment.
  • Assist Mechanics: Provide support to our mechanics and perform other duties as directed to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
  • Lubrication and Greasing: Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of our vehicles and equipment, and grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components as needed.
  • On-Site Services: Provide on-site services to our clients, ensuring prompt and reliable maintenance support.
  • Tire Repair and Maintenance: Repair and balance tires, and replace oil, air, and fuel filters on our motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and physical demands.
  • Physical Capabilities: Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: Lift and move equipment and materials up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Flexibility and Judgement: Demonstrate flexibility and good judgement in a dynamic work environment.
  • Training and Development: Willingness to learn and develop skills in lubrication and maintenance techniques.
  • Language and Work Schedule: Fluency in English and ability to work a 30-35 hour per week schedule.
