Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our vehicles by performing routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication and fluid changes.

Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids, change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks or heavy equipment.
  • Vehicle Repairs: Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers or radiators, repair and balance tires, and replace oil, air and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment.
  • Work Environment: Confined spaces, dusty, noisy, non-smoking, and odour-filled environments.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's licence.
