AUTOMOTIVE LUBRICATION SPECIALIST

**Position Overview:** Join our team as an Automotive Lubrication Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of vehicles through effective lubrication services.

**Compensation:** Competitive hourly wage with an expected work schedule of 30 to 35 hours per week.

**Employment Type:** This is a permanent, full-time position.

**Work Schedule:** Your shifts may include days, evenings, and weekends, with potential for overtime.

**Educational Requirements:** Candidates should possess a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

**Experience:** While prior experience of 7 months to less than a year is preferred, we are open to training enthusiastic candidates.

**Work Environment:** Be prepared to work in settings that may include confined spaces, dusty and noisy conditions, and exposure to various odors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform oil and filter changes.
  2. Replace air and cabin filters.
  3. Change gear oils and transfer case fluids.
  4. Conduct power steering flushes.

**Safety and Security:** A basic security clearance is required.

**Transportation Requirements:** A valid driver's license is necessary for this role.

Physical and Work Conditions:
  1. Strong attention to detail is essential.
  2. Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
  3. Work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks.
  5. Ability to stand for extended periods.

**Weight Handling:** Candidates should be able to handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
