About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Maintenance: Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of our equipment.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment to prevent wear and tear.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators to ensure our vehicles are in top condition.
  • Tire Care: Repair and balance tires to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Filter Replacement: Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance.
Work Environment

As a Lubrication Technician at Jiffy Lube, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will be required to work in confined spaces, handle dusty and noisy conditions, and work in a non-smoking environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, judgement, reliability, and a team player attitude.
