Job Title: Administrative Services Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Walia Foods. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our administrative services department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be organized, have good judgement and be a team player.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
