Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy environment with odours.
