Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring the highest quality of service and food preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory levels.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You will be required to work in a noisy environment with odours.
