Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and safe manner.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that our food meets the highest standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure that our operations are running smoothly.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
