Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a department within one of our stores
  • Manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and maximize sales

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and processing returns
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems
