Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Materials Testing Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Materials team, you will be responsible for providing consulting services related to construction quality control and material testing. Your expertise will ensure that safety protocols are followed, and work is executed in full compliance with quality standards and regulations.

You will work closely with project managers to plan, assign, coordinate, and supervise work, projects, and activities performed by the team. Your leadership skills will also be essential in managing training plans and career development for employees.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 8 years of experience in materials testing. Proven experience in managing a portfolio of projects and leading a team of project engineers and/or civil technicians is also essential. A University Degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
