Job Title: Licensed Spa Coordinator

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Licensed Spa Coordinator to join our team at Equinox in Toronto. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Greet and orient guests to the spa facilities, providing personalized service and ensuring a memorable experience
* Interview, hire, and coach staff members to maintain high standards of service and quality
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the spa and its services
* Manage daily operations, including inventory management and monitoring of daily goals and budgets
* Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, and services to guests
* Actively promote the spa and its offerings, including treatments, services, and retail products
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

**Requirements**

* Valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
* Ability to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math and money handling skills
* Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
