Job Title: Licensed Spa Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Licensed Spa Coordinator to join our team at Equinox in Toronto. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring a memorable experience for our spa guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview, hire, and coach staff members to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach marketing strategies to promote our spa services.
  • Manage daily spa operations, including inventory management and monitoring of daily goals and budgets.
  • Provide personalized guest service, including greeting guests, orienting them to the spa facilities, and answering their questions.
  • Actively promote our spa services, treatments, and packages to guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and money handling skills.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
