Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and support Farm Boy's vision of the best fresh shopping experience.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, including the store floor, stockroom, and parking area.
- Restock shelves and merchandise as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.
- Participate in inventory management and control.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
- Superior customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
