Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store for Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
- Support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 16.
- Perform physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for 8 hours.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.
Working Conditions:
The Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales goals.
