We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. in Montreal, QC, Canada.

About the Role:

As a Bilingual Accounting Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing support and training to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). You will assist customers with virtual training, online and on the phone, and also travel to customer sites in Canada, the US, or the Caribbean to provide on-site training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and develop an understanding of the PBS software
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers
  • Provide excellent support to customers in our software
  • Work directly with customers and train all sessions in assigned silo and if possible other silos
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, identifying customer needs and ensure they are being met or exceeded
  • Responds to both internal and external training requests in a timely manner
  • Write up tickets and investigate issues that arise and escalate issues to the corresponding teams
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
  • Knowledge sharing within own silo and others within the DTO team
  • Maintain documentation and update as processes change within department
  • Will be required to travel up to 2 weeks per month
Requirements:
  • Must be Fluent in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS is an asset
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
