Bilingual Automotive Software Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Automotive Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training to our clients in the use of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive training to clients on our software solutions, including installation, data entry, and other key tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with clients to identify their training needs and develop customized training plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software developments and best practices, sharing knowledge with colleagues and contributing to the growth of our training department
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on software training and customer support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) or equivalent
