Auto Claims Advisor Senior

We are seeking an Auto Claims Advisor Senior to join our team at Sécurité Nationale Compagnie d'Assurance. As a key member of our auto claims team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless claim processing from start to finish.
About the RoleIn this role, you will represent TD Insurance as an Auto Claims Advisor and assist in facilitating and coordinating claims. Your primary responsibility will be to support customers through their claim journey, providing advice and guidance to ensure they feel taken care of in their time of need.
Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
- Gather and verify required information and documentation to ensure accurate claim processing.
- Work collaboratively with internal partners and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Contribute to team productivity objectives by maintaining a positive file count and open/close ratio.
- Research and apply knowledge of coverage scenarios to customer claim files.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach while contributing to TD Insurance Group's deliverables.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
- One or more years of claims adjusting experience is preferred, but we're excited to welcome applicants without specific claims experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to negotiate positive outcomes when reasonably possible.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and analyze evidence.
- Demonstrated support for company process improvements and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
