Retail Store Supervisor

Fruiticana #2 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Transportation/Travel: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, walking, standing for extended periods
