Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify resident needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and performing various nursing tasks
  • Supervise care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
