Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $32.84-$59.52 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on experience. Our nurses receive competitive wages based on the BCNU Wage Grid.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Medical Care Specialist. This role involves providing 1:1 overnight monitoring and responding to care needs in the home environment with your assigned client. The shift schedule is 8 hours per night, with flexibility to choose when you want to work.

  • Current practicing registration with BCCNM
  • Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills

Work Environment
