About the Job

Madsen Fence Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fence Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including fences and other structures
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including tools and safety equipment
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient logistics
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including steel-toed safety boots and hard hat
  • Supervise workers and projects, ensuring timely completion and quality results
  • Set up machines and equipment, including reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
  • Lead and instruct individuals, promoting a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and dependability, with a strong work ethic
