Madsen Fence Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fence Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, repairing and servicing existing installations, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including fences, gates, and other related structures.
  • Repair and service existing installations to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for each project.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including tools and equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise workers and projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Set up machines and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
  • Lead and instruct individuals, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
