About the Job

Madsen Fence Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fence Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including fences and other structures, to meet customer specifications.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including tools and equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient logistics.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including safety equipment, to perform tasks safely and effectively.
  • Supervise workers and projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Set up machines and equipment, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, applying knowledge to installation tasks.
  • Lead and instruct individuals, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
