Fence Installation Supervisor Job Description

Madsen Fence Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fence Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, setting up machines and equipment, and leading individuals to ensure successful fence installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely and quality completion
  • Set up machines and equipment for fence installations
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals
  • Utilize hand and power tools for fence installation
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications for fence installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Measure and mark guidelines for fence installations
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for fence installations
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in fence installation
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel and work in various locations
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
