We are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Total Credit Recovery Limited.

As a key member of our debt management team, you will be responsible for conducting respectful and productive conversations with clients to arrange payments and explore tailored financial solutions. You will analyze consumers' financial situations to provide the best advice possible, utilizing innovative online tools for research, ensuring comprehensive support for clients. Additionally, you will document interactions clearly and maintain a high standard of compliance with regulations.

This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a knack for negotiation. Tech-savvy individuals who can navigate digital tools with ease are highly valued. A calming presence is essential for working effectively under pressure. Bilingual candidates (especially French) are also sought after.

The ideal candidate will have a clear criminal background check and be available for evenings and weekends on a rotating basis. They will also require a secure workspace at home, reliable high-speed internet, and a mobile phone compatible with DuoMobile App for enhanced security.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
