Bilingual Call Compliance Agent

We’re looking for **a bilingual French/English individual to be a **Call Compliance Agent** for us.

Ideally, you will possess strong communication skills, be computer savvy, and be confident in your ability to perform administrative functions and perform audits on calls.

**In order to be eligible for employment, you must reside in a reasonable commuting distance to the TCR office in order to pick up your equipment. Our office is in Laval.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and score phone calls based on set parameters
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly file audits
- Identify infractions and trends based on policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing feedback to management
- Prepare, update and retrieve data for reporting purposes
- Provide requested information to senior management
- Other duties as assigned by Compliance Manager or VP, Corporate Services
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Clear criminal background check
- Minimum 1-year experience in a collection role preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and provincial regulations pertaining to debt collections
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements as well as client and company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of different Provincial Legislation, For example: PIPEDA, Bank Act
- Strong analytical skills to decipher where the infractions originated from
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Quick learner and able to adapt to changes well
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Secure enclosed space to work from home in
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Cell phone compatible with DuoMobile App for 2FA
