Kruger Products LP is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a contract basis through the end of December 2022. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts for payment
  • Upload data into SAP and other integrated systems
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and customer statements
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions
  • Process wire transfers, cheque requests, and other financial transactions
  • Work closely with Treasury to optimize cash flow resources
  • Perform periodic reviews of vendors with debit balances and blocked vendor line items
  • Prepare manual cheques and supporting documents for mailing
  • Review and clear balances in the general ledger
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an accounts payable role
  • Excellent initiative, organization, and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and email in the Windows environment
  • Experience with large integrated systems (SAP) is an asset
