Oakville Volkswagen, a division of WEINS Auto Group, is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team in our Used Car Sales Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective operation of the Sales Department.
  • Develop and implement monthly promotional strategies.
  • Assist with vehicle inventory management.
  • Promote ongoing training and sales team meetings.
  • Online Vehicle Marketing.
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to meet sales targets.
  • Communicate dealership policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales team efforts for customer satisfaction.
  • Establish professional standards for vehicle delivery.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction reports and submit recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years Automotive Dealership Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager experience.
  • Strong sales background with a proven record of achievements.
  • Leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and business skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid OMVIC license and Class G Driver's license.
