  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction ratings and make recommendations to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with the management of the vehicle inventory, ensuring that it is accurately priced and presented to customers.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement online vehicle marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an automotive dealership sales management role, or a similar leadership position.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and business skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Qualifications: Valid OMVIC license and Class G Driver's license.
