Key Responsibilities:
- Department Leadership: Oversee the effective operation of the Sales Department, ensuring that all sales team members are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement monthly promotional strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Team Management: Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets, provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction ratings and make recommendations to improve the overall customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the management of the vehicle inventory, ensuring that it is accurately priced and presented to customers.
- Marketing: Develop and implement online vehicle marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an automotive dealership sales management role, or a similar leadership position.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and business skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Qualifications: Valid OMVIC license and Class G Driver's license.
